Ryleigh Cronin is an experienced aesthetic nurse injector known for delivering refined, natural results that enhance her patients’ confidence and unique beauty. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Ryleigh recently returned home after gaining advanced experience in medical aesthetics in Scottsdale, Arizona.

With over four years of nursing experience, Ryleigh’s background includes both hospital care and specialized training in injectables. She’s passionate about full facial balancing and is especially known for her skillful lip enhancements. Her approach is centered around creating subtle, personalized results while building long-term relationships with her patients.

Outside of Look Lab, Ryleigh enjoys reading, spending time with her family and two dogs, and staying active with Pilates. She believes in the power of self-care and strives to embody the same confidence and wellness she helps her patients achieve.

Kristen Krueger

Licensed Esthetician

Kristen is a licensed esthetician and Certified Acne Specialist with a passion for helping patients achieve healthy, radiant, and confident skin. She takes a results-driven yet holistic approach—focusing on addressing skin concerns at their root while creating a calming, supportive experience for every patient. She believes that education, consistency, and personalized care are the foundation of radiant, healthy skin!

Originally from a small town in Illinois just outside of St. Louis, Kristen has always been drawn to the beauty industry and the art of helping others look and feel their best. Her own journey with skincare led to the discovery of her passion for aesthetics in 2023, transforming what began as trial and error with her own skin into a lifelong calling. Kristen’s favorite treatment is the VI Peel Precision Plus Peptides for its remarkable ability to transform skin tone and target pigmentation, revealing a brighter, more even complexion. Outside the treatment room, Kristen loves traveling to warm, tropical destinations and shopping!
