I came in for a facial and dermaplaning, and from the moment I walked through the door, Alli was so warm and welcoming and it instantly made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Hanna Hanna Hanna -- hands down -- best skincare/med spa I've ever had. Finding an outstanding aesthetician isn't easy. It's a pretty intimate experience -- and you want someone with great mojo/energy working on your face. Hanna is that person. Genuinely sweet, soft and gentle. She exudes calmness, confidence and caring. Her technical skills unparalleled. Her genuine presence is quite an experience. She makes you feel like you are the most important person on the planet. Found my go-to place and my go-to aesthetician.

After much research and looking at many med spas I finally decided on giving look lab a try and I think I made a great choice. Everyone here is so kind and super helpful. Kennedy is super knowledgeable about all her treatments and walks you through every step. After comparing multiple memberships, this one is very worth it for what you get. Cannot recommend enough!

Very cute place and everyone is very friendly! Appointment time was honor and and there was zero waiting. Discussed options and future treatment plans. Once we finalized the plan at this appointment, everything was prepped and delivered quickly. I would highly recommend this place.

This was one of the best facials I’ve had in a long time. The space was calm and welcoming, and the entire experience felt thoughtful and unhurried. The esthetician clearly knows what she’s doing — every step felt intentional, not just a routine. My skin looked immediately brighter, smoother, and more hydrated without feeling irritated or overworked. I appreciated that the products and techniques were focused on supporting my skin rather than trying to “fix” it aggressively. I left glowing and refreshed, and my skin still looks great days later — which says everything. Highly recommend if you’re looking for real results and a truly well-done facial.
